Senior Loan Officer
Run your own book. Take inbound pre-qualified leads, structure deals, and shepherd them through close. 3+ years of commercial lending or brokerage experience. Top performers comfortably clear $250K+.
Loan Packager
Build the files lenders fund. Three-year projections, business plans, financial statements, use-of-funds breakdowns, lender-specific narrative. Detail-oriented, accounting or finance background a plus.
Underwriter
Review deals before they go to lenders. Spot weaknesses, recommend fixes, pre-empt underwriting questions. 3+ years of credit or commercial lending underwriting experience required.
Business Development, Referral Partners
Build the referral partner network: CPAs, accountants, business consultants, fractional CFOs, business brokers. Recruit them, train them, support their deal flow. Six-figure base plus override on partner-sourced deals.
Business Development, Institutional
Lender and capital-partner relationships. Banks, credit unions, PE, VC, family offices, family of funds. Bring pre-vetted deals onto their desks. Capital-markets background preferred.
Credit Repair Specialist
Get borrower files lender-ready. Dispute resolution, trade-line strategy, debt restructure recommendations. 2+ years of credit repair or consumer credit experience. FCRA familiarity required.
Marketing & Content Lead
Own the funnel. Content, SEO, paid social, email. Lender brand voice. 4+ years in B2B financial services marketing strongly preferred.
Customer Success Manager
Keep deals moving. Document collection, underwriter coordination, weekly client updates. The connective tissue between sales, packaging, and lenders.
